Wedding Ceremony
Video coverage is provided beginning with the arrival of Bridal Party and guests, and ends at its conclusion with the departure of the Bride and Groom from the facilities. Includes coverage of the facilities and main wedding ceremony. The event is captured using placement of cameras for wide angle coverage and for close-up alternate views of Bride, Groom, wedding party and guests.
Wedding Reception
Video coverage is provided beginning just before arrival of the wedding party and ends at the conclusion of all festivities. Includes coverage of the facilities, all events including entrance of the Bridal Party, toasts, special dances, cake cutting, bouquet and garter toss, departure, etc.
Rehearsal and/or Dinner
Video coverage is provided starting at the arrival of guests and ends at its conclusion. Includes coverage of the facilities and all events occurring during the rehearsal/dinner, including toasts by friends and family members, presentation of gifts, memories shared by Bride and Groom, etc.
Bride and Groom Preparation
Video coverage is provided at location of preparation, and ends at exit from location. Includes Bridal Party up-dos, family preparing the Bride and Groom on location, Groomsmen and Bridesmaids preparation, family and friends comments to Bride and Groom, etc
Photo/Video Montage
A video presentation assembled from pictures provided by one or both families, reflecting the bride and groom’s journey from childhood to becoming a married couple. Usually shown at the wedding reception, this option requires about 20-25 pictures each of the bride and groom growing up, along with about 20 pictures of the couple during courtship. Maximum of 80 pictures. Can also be assembled as a love story presentation using combined video interviews and pictures of the couple from special moments in time. Tastefully assembled using digital video affects, filters, and transitions and set to the music or song of your choice, this is a popular selection that shares a lifetime of memories from your journey towards this very special day! Includes projection of montage with screen and sound setup at event location.
Photo Session
Video coverage of photo session starting when photographer begins coordination of shots. Coverage will contain random elements of photographer taking pictures of related members
of wedding event as well as video segments of the staged parties. Photographer's permission to videotape segments of the photo session will be requested in advance of the event date.
Wedding Party/Guest Interviews
Video coverage of comments and best wishes to the Bride and Groom from the Bridal Party and special guests attending the wedding reception. Individuals will be selected randomly by the videographer, or if desired people to be interviewed can be determined in advance by the client.
Honeymoon Montage
A video presentation of the Bride and Groom’s honeymoon journey, tastefully assembled from pictures taken on their trip and set to music of choice using special digital effects.
Other Video Coverage
Other video event coverage will be determined and finalized after
consulting with you on the specifics and location of your event.

Additional time available on an hourly cost basis.
